For over two decades, Coksa India has been weaving fabrics that bring to life an intricate thread of traditions. Etched in 2012, it began by preserving the heritage of indigenous weaves and employed numerous artisans, with a motive to embody the vibrant spirit of India’s oldest form of regalia.

For generations, the values to protect an art form dipped in the finest were passed on to 2 women Mother and Daughter who shared a love for Indian culture, and finally, in 2021, Coksa India originated with its timeless silhouettes and modern perspective.

Handcrafted drapes, refined with handloom weaves, block prints, and embroidery doused in natural dyes, all of these represent the powerful women of today who appreciate a piece of history in their shahi kosha.

Brand Story

Emotions, deep-rooted in each weave, the idea behind Coksa India began in a room to weave fabrics that embodied sartorial minimalism.

Since then, we take pride in the artisans and weavers who joined us in the journey to sew the weave of trust. Draped in smiles, the numerous hands employed at weaving units at Chanderi & Maheshwar (Madhya Pradesh), adorn the silhouettes using hand embroidery in Lucknow & Kutch Hand, and block printing in Ajrakhpur, Kutch.
